Welcome
My name is Celine, mum to two little girls, both of whom have been difficult sleepers. My first daughter was my inspiration for becoming a sleep consultant. Everyone gave me so much advice, I read countless books and downloaded multiple online courses, none of which worked for my sensitive child. After almost a year of terrible sleep and an unsettled baby suffering from reflux, I was recommended a sleep consultant and decided to hire one. It was life changing and I couldn't believe that I had waited so long to get the help I and my baby needed.
